2. Orders & Payments

• Exchanges are allowed within 2 days of receiving the item, provided:
o The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
o A clear unboxing video is submitted as proof.
o The exchange is for the same item only (subject to availability).
o Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Asiela is not responsible for lost return packages; customers should use a reliable courier with tracking.
