At Asiela, we take pride in delivering high-quality scarves that reflect elegance and craftsmanship. We want you to love your purchase, but if you encounter an issue, we’re here to assist.
No Returns, Exchanges Only
We do not accept returns for refunds. However, we offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange
• The exchange request must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
• You must provide a clear unboxing video as proof of defect or wrong item received.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Exchanges are valid only for the same item (subject to availability).
• Shipping costs for the return are the customer’s responsibility.
We reserve the right to reject exchanges if the item shows visible signs of wear, stains, or damage caused by improper handling.
How to Request an Exchange
1. Visit Asiela.com and go to the Asiela Return Centre.
2. Enter your order number and zip code (found in your order confirmation email or account order history).
3. Select the item for exchange and upload your unboxing video proof.
4. Follow the steps to submit your exchange request.
5. Securely package the item and ship it back using your preferred courier.
Important Notes:
• Shipping fees for returns are not covered by Asiela.
• We are not responsible for lost return packages; please use a reliable shipping service with tracking.
• The replacement will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
